    spacious room
    helpful staff
    shared balcony
    mattress firmness
    street noise

A three-night stay provided a comfortable experience, with a spacious room and a lovely balcony overlooking bustling Bourbon Street. Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness, while the nice pool area added to the inviting atmosphere. The presence of a helpful meet-and-greet service and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. However, the shared balcony set-up was less than ideal for privacy, and the mattress firmness might not suit everyone's tastes.

    Location is everything!

Loved the stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the guys outside. Room was clean and comfy. The bar had great drinks and live music, definitely a plus! Just avoid room 660 if you like your sleep—was super noisy early in the morn from housekeeping. But still, a fantastic place overall!

    vibrant environment
    cozy balcony view

The location's vibrancy made exploring so enjoyable, truly a highlight. The balcony view from my room was delightful, allowing me to soak in the atmosphere even at night.

The street noise at night was noticeable.

    fantastic location
    clean room
    friendly staff
    unimpressive breakfast
    noisy surroundings

The Bourbon Orleans offers a fantastic location right in the heart of the French Quarter, making it easy to walk to numerous restaurants and entertainment options. The room was a Deluxe King, which was clean, comfortable, and quite. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the bar where the live jazz added a vibrant atmosphere to my evenings after work.

    The breakfast experience was disappointing.

    well-kept rooms

    noisy surroundings

after a previous stay in new orleans, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the location is unbeatable, just steps away from the lively vibe of bourbon street. everything was well-kept, and the staff's friendliness made our trip even more enjoyable.

furniture in the room was uncomfortable.

    excellent location
    noisy room
    limited dining options
    disruptive environment

The location is excellent, allowing easy access to attractions and fantastic dining options nearby. However, my room was situated next to a noisy service elevator, which disrupted sleep on multiple occasions. The service staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable despite some challenges.

    classic charm
    heated pool
    clean surroundings
    noisy nights

The room had a classic New Orleans charm with comfortable beds, perfect for taking a break from exploring. The heated pool area offered a refreshing escape with clean surroundings, making it a nice spot to unwind after a busy day.

Located close to Bourbon Street means some serious street noise at night, which could be a hassle if you're looking for a peaceful sleep. My room felt quite distant from the elevators, making it a trek every time I needed to head downstairs. The food options at the onsite bar lacked variety and the breakfast experience didn't meet my expectations—though the fresh fruit and waffles were a bright spot. Additionally, the lack of an information booklet about open hours and amenities left me somewhat disoriented.

Perfect spot in the French Quarter!

This place is seriously awesome! Super close to everything fun, and we loved the salt water pool. Our room was spacious with a fab balcony for morning coffee. The staff were so friendly too! Just wish the bed was a bit softer. it was on the firm side. Still, can’t beat the location!

    warm décor
    sophisticated charm
    accessible features
    limited seating
    overcrowded areas

The warm décor of Bourbon Orleans felt like stepping into a sophisticated old-world charm. The lovely marble bathrooms were a delightful touch, and the accessibility features made navigating the hotel effortlessly pleasant for guests of all ages.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

    helpful manager
    clogged toilet

It was just a suitable option for a quick stopover in New Orleans with reasonable value. The room we initially received had a clogged toilet, but the manager handled it well by letting us stay and offered us another room. Make sure to check in early to avoid long wait times for your room.

    heated outdoor pool
    charming courtyard

The heated outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind after exploring! The location is unbeatable and super walkable. We loved the charm of the courtyard area, and the nightly complimentary hot cocoa was a warm touch.

Felt cozy, no reason to complain.

    live music
    impeccable housekeeping
    central location
    damp sheets

Had an amazing time with friends, enjoying live music on Bourbon Street and relaxing by the pool. The location was perfect for exploring local jazz spots. The staff was friendly, and the housekeeping kept our room immaculate. Get ready for a fun bar atmosphere and plenty of clean towels at the pool!

Our stay was a bit tarnished by a damp issue with the sheets in our room. Maintenance addressed it quickly, but it was disappointing having that experience.
