missingWrote a review on Dec 23spacious roomhelpful staffshared balconymattress firmnessstreet noise
A three-night stay provided a comfortable experience, with a spacious room and a lovely balcony overlooking bustling Bourbon Street. Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness, while the nice pool area added to the inviting atmosphere. The presence of a helpful meet-and-greet service and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. However, the shared balcony set-up was less than ideal for privacy, and the mattress firmness might not suit everyone's tastes.

Location is everything!
Loved the stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the guys outside. Room was clean and comfy. The bar had great drinks and live music, definitely a plus! Just avoid room 660 if you like your sleep—was super noisy early in the morn from housekeeping. But still, a fantastic place overall!

The street noise at night was noticeable.

The Bourbon Orleans offers a fantastic location right in the heart of the French Quarter, making it easy to walk to numerous restaurants and entertainment options. The room was a Deluxe King, which was clean, comfortable, and quite. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the bar where the live jazz added a vibrant atmosphere to my evenings after work.
The breakfast experience was disappointing.

The location is excellent, allowing easy access to attractions and fantastic dining options nearby. However, my room was situated next to a noisy service elevator, which disrupted sleep on multiple occasions. The service staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable despite some challenges.

missingWrote a review on Jul 30classic charmheated poolclean surroundingsnoisy nights
The room had a classic New Orleans charm with comfortable beds, perfect for taking a break from exploring. The heated pool area offered a refreshing escape with clean surroundings, making it a nice spot to unwind after a busy day.
Located close to Bourbon Street means some serious street noise at night, which could be a hassle if you're looking for a peaceful sleep. My room felt quite distant from the elevators, making it a trek every time I needed to head downstairs. The food options at the onsite bar lacked variety and the breakfast experience didn't meet my expectations—though the fresh fruit and waffles were a bright spot. Additionally, the lack of an information booklet about open hours and amenities left me somewhat disoriented.

Perfect spot in the French Quarter!
This place is seriously awesome! Super close to everything fun, and we loved the salt water pool. Our room was spacious with a fab balcony for morning coffee. The staff were so friendly too! Just wish the bed was a bit softer. it was on the firm side. Still, can’t beat the location!

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

It was just a suitable option for a quick stopover in New Orleans with reasonable value. The room we initially received had a clogged toilet, but the manager handled it well by letting us stay and offered us another room. Make sure to check in early to avoid long wait times for your room.

Had an amazing time with friends, enjoying live music on Bourbon Street and relaxing by the pool. The location was perfect for exploring local jazz spots. The staff was friendly, and the housekeeping kept our room immaculate. Get ready for a fun bar atmosphere and plenty of clean towels at the pool!
Our stay was a bit tarnished by a damp issue with the sheets in our room. Maintenance addressed it quickly, but it was disappointing having that experience.
